Orders

We accept orders through our website, by phone, and from walk-in customers at our physical store.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, shipping address, billing address, and contact information.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Product Condition

All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are in good condition. We strive to provide high-quality instruments and accessories at competitive prices.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Minor cosmetic variations may occur depending on materials and manufacturing processes.

Shipping

Shipping policies, delivery times, and shipping carriers are described in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be returned in original condition

• All accessories and packaging must be included

• A 15% restocking fee will apply to refunds

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued after the returned items are received and inspected.

Shipping Damage or Loss

All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss.

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage to the shipping carrier and request a damage call-tag pickup. We will coordinate the insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

A replacement will be shipped once the damaged item is returned. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for damaged items returned without following the carrier insurance claim process.

Limitation of Liability

Sound of Asia Musical Instruments shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
