This beautiful, brand-new guzheng features professional-grade paulownia soundboards. Both the top and bottom soundboards are crafted from single pieces of paulownia and seasoned using Dunhuang’s proprietary Shanghai method, producing the sweet, refined tone for which Dunhuang guzhengs are renowned.

The frame is made of richly grained bubinga wood and decorated with the colorful “Five Colors of Auspiciousness” bird-and-flower motif, symbolizing beauty, harmony, and good fortune. This limited-edition model produces a full, rich sound with clear articulation, excellent resonance, and Dunhuang’s signature traditional sweetness. It is fitted with professional-grade rosewood bridges.

The complete package includes an A-frame stand, a guzheng tuner, a soft carrying case, finger picks, and other essential accessories. Easy-to-follow setup instructions are provided, along with complimentary setup and playing assistance by phone or online.
