This beautiful brand new instrument is made with intermediate-grade paulownia soundboards. The top and bottom soundboards are both made from paulownia that has been dried using a special Shanghai method, providing the classical sweet tone of the guzheng. The frame is made from African Padauk with wood carving in the famous Duo Crane Facing the Sun design. This guzheng is characterized by its sweet and bright tone. The bridges are professional-grade rosewood.
This guzheng comes with free finger picks, 1-7 spare strings, 2-piece stands, chromatic guzheng tuner, cleaning brush, and a soft case.
We provide easy-to-follow setup instructions. Help with setup and playing is also offered over the phone or internet free of charge.
This guzheng is made by the famous Dunhuang factory, which produces 50% of the guzhengs in the market. The Duo Crane Facing the Sun model is the best-selling guzheng model in history, far surpassing any other models. In 2009, the 400,000th Duo Crane was sold.

I purchased this Guzheng to replace my old one without brand name. The base part of strings are way better than my old one, and high notes strings are also clean and precise. I’ve been learning Guzheng for a year and almost gave up due to no improvement, but this new one inspired me to continue. because this is the first time I ever heard myself playing a river flow piece literally sounds like water flowing! Beginners do need a good quality instrument to make you feel good about yourself!
