Dunhuang Intermediate Padauk Erhu

Great, exceeds expectations. This was my first time buying an instrument online rather than personally going into a store and trying out new instruments, so I was a bit skeptical. But this new Erhu turned out to be pretty nice! The sound is decent and full of depth, better than my previous beginner Erhu I’ve used for over three years. Setup was easy as all the materials were included. Overall super happy with my purchase!

I played some basic music with this Erhu. But I had to rent a better one for Hrose Racing and Galloping Warhorse solo.

This was a very affordable, but quality erhu. Shipping was exactly as expected, and the store responded quickly to my questions before purchase. I am still very bad at playing my new Erhu. It is a challenging instrument, but I will get there. The included Rosin is as expected, and I replaced it with something else.

Instrument plays wonderfully. Would gladly purchase again. All included parts\tools\accessories are quality and exactly what I would expect when buying an instrument from anywhere. If you’re serious about learning the erhu and are looking for a solid and affordable option, this is it.
